The Millennium carillon has a proven track record of reliability. We now cover our top-of-the-line church bell ringing instruments for a full ten years on all carillon unit parts and components. Labor at our service station is also covered for ten years. All carillon components are easily shipped by UPS or FedEx, eliminating costly on-site labor rates.

Keyboard Connection
The Millennium carillon is a MIDI-based electronic church bell instrument that provides live keyboard playability. Record and save up to 2000 keyboard performances in permanent memory.
All models feature an industry standard MIDI compatible keyboard input. A touch-sensitive keyboard is available in a rugged steel chassis with matching oak wood end blocks. An electric pipe organ interface is optionally available. Simple MIDI setup mode automatically adapts to MIDI expression and channel data for up to two keyboard manuals.
Management Suite Lite Applications
The Millennium carillon can be expanded and enhanced with the free Management Suite Lite or the optional Full-Featured Management Suite.

Factory Pre-recorded Music
Included at no extra charge are the most generous church bell music libraries available. All music is safely stored within the system in permanent FLASH memory. On-screen alphabetical title-lookup allows any selection to be performed at any time, in any order.
Church bell music libraries are pre-cataloged to interface with our exclusive SmartAlmanac™ feature to play appropriate selections with no user intervention.
As additional music is available, it may be obtained from us over the internet and installed via USB applications.
Clock Striking
Flexible clock striking is completely programmable over ranges of time and days. Strike the top of the hour, top and bottom or all quarter-hours. Several Chime tunes are available. Version 3.0 includes

SmartAlmanac™
100–year liturgical calendar automatically changes the random music list to play appropriate selections for each season. The SmartAlmanac includes Lent, Easter, Marian, US Patriotic, Thanksgiving, Advent and Christmas.
Each season can be individually enabled or disabled. The clock automatically adjusts for Daylight Saving Time changes. Options for Eastern Orthodox and expanded US Patriotic holidays are available.
Use the optional librarian software application in the Full Management Suite to specify your favorite musical selections for each season.
Scheduler
Easily set up your weekly schedule to play any selection at any time. Random music selections can be set once and will choose appropriate music, season after season, year after year. Easy carry- forward function allows you to program a fairly complex weekly schedule in under two minutes. We can even program the system for you before shipment - the schedule resides in non-volatile memory and will play on time after you power the system up.
The optional Management Suite adds support for multiple weekly schedules and special event programming features.
Security
The operating keypad can be pass code protected to prevent unauthorized operation or changes to the schedule.
AutoLevel™
You can program the volume level for different times of day. Each quarter-hour can be set to one of eight different levels. The Global Programming menu allows you to program a range of times over several days in one easy operation.
ZoneAutoMute™
Set the scheduled programs to play Inside/Outside or Both. Set the remote control functions to play Inside/Outside or Both. The keyboard will play Inside only or Inside and Outside. You can have special events in the church without being interrupted by clock striking. The front panel indicates at a glance which speakers are active.
Bell Tuning
Defaults to A=440Hz. Can be tuned ±50 cents for keeping in tune with your pipe organ.
No Moving Parts
All music and data are stored safely inside the carillon on solid state surface mounted memory chips (expensive high-speed parallel FLASH). There are no discs, hard drives, external chips or memory cards to lose or damage. Loading of additional libraries and backup of user libraries is electronically accomplished via the USB applications.
FLASH Memory
Permanent memory for program schedule backup, bell samples, pre-recorded music and user recordings. Additional back-up capability afforded by the optional Management Suite.
Battery Backup
The accurate clock keeps running even when the power is off. Sanity check during re-boot verifies the schedule is intact before resuming automatic operation.
