We are more than pleased with our Chime Master Carillon system. The ease of set-up and programming have been a real plus. Your service support staff has been easy to work with. We believe we received a great value for our investment.
Our entire experience with Chime Master has been great. I called the factory to find out how to add to the program, and all questions were answered expertly. In short, Chime Master performs as well as, if not superior to, the other two well-known brands we had narrowed our choices to, and at thousands less. We are quite pleased, and we continue to try new things - more bells and a little less chimes, different peals, etc.
My people have been completely satisfied with the wonderful performance we have received from our Chime Master carillon. The digital technology is superb, the musical selections are very good, and the folks back at Chime Master Systems are completely willing to accomodate our needs. Thank you for making such a dependable automatic product, for making it affordable, and for standing behind it.
We use our system for our private residence and have received many compliments from our neighbors and friends. Initially, we were concerned that the bell ringing might annoy or disturb many people, but just the opposite has happened. Many people we might not otherwise have met have stopped by to enjoy the wonderful melodies and a few even count on the bells to remind them of the time throughout the day. So far the system is working beautifully and has not needed any service. I did call in once to get assistance with programming and your representative walked me through everything right on the phone.
Let me also commend you in writing that the outstanding service and support that we received from your company from the outset of our trial period and subsequent installation was truly exceptional. It is way above the average treatment we receive from even our more outstanding vendors. Our previous carillon supplier would not even give us the courtesy of returning phone calls of inquiry about buying a new system.
I am writing to let you know that we have been very satisfied with the performance of our carillon. It is truly inspiring to many in our community to hear the beautiful music throughout the day. The more advanced programming of the system has made it much easier for maintenance. Having the music preprogrammed for the seasons and time changes has taken the burden of programming at these times to a minimum. I especially would like to comment on the excellent technical service we have received when the 'glitches' have occurred. The knowledgeable staff at your company have been able to 'walk' us through over the phone when the system needed some fine tuning.
Chime Master Systems has been a wonderful company to work with, going well above the call of duty to insure our satisfaction with the installation of their product. The installation was done with great skill and our people have been well satisfied with the way it looks and performs. Our Chime Master Systems carillon has performed admirably and has enhanced the charm of our little town. I have had many comments about the beautiful music it provides each day and the clock chime is wonderful. Reprogramming the system for special use is a cinch for anyone to learn and use.
We also found it very appropriate to play 'Taps' at the end of the day and it was well received in the community. Our neighbors have indicated their pleasure in hearing the carillon and have requested that music be played more often during the day. Thank you for your service, as we are very pleased with the Chime Master carillon system and are more than happy to recommend this system to others.
We have had neighbors call and write about their looking forward to hearing the bells at certain times throughout the day. Some want us to play them more! We feel that your 800 number was a real plus in getting us started and we use it still as we try to get more sophisticated in the system programming. Your professional help, simply by dialing the 800 number, is a great asset.
With Chime Master we have a treasure which we are very proud of. Even a year after the installation, the members and the neighbors still comment on how much they enjoy it. From a liturgical point of view, I love using the bells in the liturgy and on special occasions. To say the least we are very pleased with the Chime Master System and the people who stand behind their product.
The congregation is so pleased with the beautiful music of the chimes and walk into church with smiles on their faces. Individuals living close to the church have commented very favorably about the chimes ringing daily. The assistance I have received whenever I called for help in operating the system has been exceptional. On behalf of the members of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, we wish to express to you our appreciation for the excellent Chime Master product as well as the outstanding professionalism of the people involved in installing and servicing the product. When the salesman described the system, it certainly seemed to be capable of doing more than we ever expected, especially in light of the equipment we had used previously. We have found that the new system did everything the company promised and more. It has now been in place for over a year and we continue to find it outstanding. When we determined to change the location of the equipment, the company provided their expertise at no additional charge to make the system even more useful for us.
The people at Chime Master were professional in every way. No request went unanswered. The local installers commented on the quality of the equipment.
