The Connected Carillon

The Chime Master carillon is easy to use out of the box. Its time-tested user interface has satisfied the need of thousands of churches to set and forget their automatic bell ringing schedule. As new-feature requests came in over the years, we listened.

Reluctant to complicate our famously simple menus and schedule editing screens, we added a USB data port to our products in 2004. This port allowed us to develop exciting new features that are easily set using software installed on a PC. Since then we have steadily added new functionality to our products without compromising their renowned quality and reliability.

All customers with USB connected church bell systems can download a free version of our remote management software to graphically create multiple ringing schedules, synchronize the clock, back up schedules and settings, load new music libraries and keep the carillon's operating system up to date.

Remote Control Panel

The remote control panel is useful for controlling the carillon system just as if you were using the controls on the front panel. There are a variety of ways that this can be used to remotely access the carillon from your office, the organ or even your home. On-screen buttons are large enough to use with touch screen tablets, or you may use your computer keyboard for control.

Graphical Schedule Editing

The View/Edit schedule screen provides a quick way to review and change your entire music and special ringing schedule. Selected times from the schedule window can be edited. New programs can be entered on certain days or a range of time.

A graphical weekly schedule window shows when the clock ringing is scheduled and displays a graph of how the volume levels are programmed to change for various times. Click and drag to select the days and times you wish to change.

Jukebox Concert Playlist

Create concert programs with an unlimited number of selections, in the order you want them to play. Simply drag and drop titles from the titles list on the right to the playlist on the left. Play a single selection from the playlist, play the entire concert, or play continuously from the list in random order. Start your concert remotely when you're ready.

Settings Menu

SmartAlmanac^™ seasons configuration, clock chiming melody, ZoneAutoMute^™ and other system settings can be made from the settings panel. Set the system to synchronize the clock to internet time. Set up programmable function buttons.

Optional Premium Features

These additional features require a licensed version of the software. When you order a software license with your carillon, we will ship an installation CD, a ten-foot USB cable and a printed user's guide.

Church Bell Remote Control mobile app Administration

Operate your church bells from wherever your Android or iOS mobile phone or tablet has a data connection to your carillon! Includes security authorization for multiple users that you can limit individually both by function and time schedules.

Multiple Week Schedules

The carillon is programmed with a seven-day repeating schedule. We have added memory to store multiple weekly schedules that you can set to load at appropriate times for special holy day services or seasonal church schedule changes. You can also manually switch the schedules for unexpected events.

Special Events

The special events scheduler lets you to schedule up to 1000 annual or one-time events. These events can be meaningful musical selections to commemorate an anniversary or memorial. They can be macro selections to load a weekly schedule from FLASH memory to the active schedule memory.

Random Music Librarian

If you really want to find fault with the Chime Master carillon, you certainly could blame us for giving you too much music. Now you can customize random music playlists with only the music you want to hear. Simply drag and drop titles from the title listing on the right side of the screen to the seasonal playlist on the left. Select the music you want to play for each SmartAlmanac^™ season.
