ZERO Maintenance
Chime Master Carillons do not require any form of maintenance. Therefore, Chime Master Systems does not sell service contracts on any of our electronic products.
Simple Service
Under our warranty, we offer direct exchange of your system if the fault occurs within the first year from the date of purchase. If the fault in your system should occur after the first year from the date of purchase and before the end of the five-year warranty period, simply ship your system back to the Chime Master repair facility for complete repair or replacement.**
Worry-Free
If damages to your system not covered by this warranty occur within the first five years of purchase, your warranty will not become void. For example, in the event that your Chime Master System is damaged due to a flood within your five-year warranty period, your warranty will not become void. Flood damage is not covered by this warranty. However, after your system is repaired, your warranty will remain in effect until the end of your five-year period.
Lifetime Library Warranty
We guarantee free lifetime music media replacement. If for any reason library discs should be damaged or fail to function properly, just return them to us for a free replacement.
We promise to offer fast, friendly service and will always be considerate of the customer's point of view.
A copy of the warranty for individual products are available upon request and are included with products purchased.
**Repair or replacement will be determined by Chime Master Systems.
