Chime Master customers can take advantage of our trade-up policy. We can service any of the electronics we have sold because they are made here in our factory. Additionally, any old Chime Master Carillon holds value toward upgrading to a new Chime Master product. One gentleman, new to his church, writes:
I was very impressed with the customer service I received from the people at Chime Master. Our previous Chime Master unit, which had been installed in the 1990s, finally quit. It needed a new hard drive (CD Changer). I contacted the people at Chime Master and determined that it would be most cost effective to upgrade our entire unit, rather than simply replace the hard drive.
Although I was not the person who originally ordered or serviced the previous Chime Master unit, they had wonderful records and were able to replace our old unit with a totally new, state-of-the-art Chime Master. It contained all of the music and schedules that we had before. The replacement unit was shipped quickly and plugged right into our existing installation.
Based on the long life of our previous unit, I was very confident in ordering the new unit from them. It's a good product with good service.
